Shels had a lot of possession but failed to convert this into any real worthwhile chances in the opening period.Five minutes before the break, Shels almost made the breakthrough when Cashin stole the ball from Keith Cowan but struck the post.The table-toppers didn’t have to wait long for the opener when Lee Desmond netted just two minutes into the restart.A man and a goal down, it looked as if Ollie Horgan’s side had it all to do.
